I wrote the article on wikipedia on ISI and have number of books on ISI and my uncle's father in law was deputy director of ISI and one of my uncles works for ISI.
So I know the inner-workings of ISI.
Having this blind patriotism without constructive criticism is a determent to Pakistan and to your growth as an individual.
I just wonder if they were feeling themselves working at such a wrong place then why didnt they left their job?

If they never have any feeling for Pakistan then why they even got selected to be in ISI?

If you are offered to do 10 jobs at the same time how would you do it? You will set the priorities.. and yes now there are other priorities as something should be done by GOVT too, whereas they dont want to do it.
seeing ISI's inability to protect it's own citizens, i highly doubt these rankings.. i must, however, give ISI the credit of being successful during the early years of pakistan and afghan-soviet war.
ISI is the most disgraced agency on our planet known for its Pandugiri and Jihadi policies, that is one of the reason today Pakistan scores in World’s top failed states, if this is an achievement in the eyes of Pakistani people then their future will surely be MashaAllah
Don't give a shyt abt the rankings, but I do think ISI is doing more than a decent job to protect its homeland. The sheer magnitude of the smear campaign against it tells it all.
