Pakistan should open the bowling with Gul and Rao against SA and from then on all matches. then first change bring in a spinner with Gul. Bring in Azhar after 2nd power play and keep a spinner on other end. Use Rana in middle overs for no more than 3-4 overs. Bring him back in last 10 for rest of overs.
Take this strategy Inzi and it will be way better than opening with Rana.
