hahahahahaha, aray aap nai post ki date check nhi kii (aik 21st ki hay aur aik 23rd ki), meraa breakfast hard coded hy working days maen always same cup of milk & rusk :)

kafi zaida na kiya karo aap bas normal walk ar raat k khane k baad ar sone kdarmaiyaan kam az kam 3-4 hours ka gap hona chiye
