Glad you asked. I’m so pissed off today. 
I couldn’t start my car- Down Battery Syndrom so I called AAA for assistance. I had been waiting for ever 
and then finally, they sent somebody after 1 1/2 hrs to start my car. I had to call them 3 times to remind to send someone 
Apparently, their system crashed 
so they had to handle everything manually 
I had to wait in the parking lot like stupid 
Its a bad bad day today

Cool Breeze Don’t you keep jumper cables in your car? If you do, you can borrow someone’s car and jump the batteries..or if your insurance allows, you can call the private tow company or whoever and then ask for reimbursment from your insurance.

Jumper Cable - I sometimes can’t even open the bonnet
I’ve AAA for both Auto insurance as well as Roadside Assistance (towing etc) so I’ve to call them. 2 years ago, I had a flat tire and AAA was there within 20 minutes so they’re usually reliable. I don’t think, they’ll allow me to call another company.
