Definitely PTSD.
Sorry guys, this is the opportunism which needs to be looked at with open eyes.
Surely some dialogues between two countries need to be made on every issue which can benefit for both.
Surely, the foolish war mongers need to be identified from both sides and be advised of sense and sensibility.
But this does not mean all of a sudden a long history of Indian opposition to Pakistan on each and every front be disregarded or forgotten.
And as to kashmir issue. Why that needs to be taken off the table? Seriously!
