1. Is it possible to fall in love after you are married?

2. If it happens with you, what will you do?

3. Who will be that one person you will confide in and why?

4. What could be the possible end of your story?

If u r Married once, you wont fall in love again… You cant, Specially if its a love marriage. Reason is not sincerity to your spouse. The reason is now you know reality of love.
