It doesn’t matter. They’re not going to accept or deny your immigration application based on this.

And as mentioned already, you start using your husband’s last name on official documents ONLY after you have changed it legally…meaning you can show driver’s license, passport etc. (some type of legal ID) with the new name.

ok since the surname hasn’t been changed on the Passport so i shouldn’t use the husband’s name on any official document?

At least the Pakistani passports “walas” entered “husband name” (replaced daughter of) field on the passport for me to proof my relationship status.
