There is not really much you can do to make yourself grow taller. There's a certain issue called genetics which affects how tall each of us will be!
However you can create the illusion that you are taller.
-Wear heels
-Always walk straight (you'd be surprised how many people actually walk slightly hunched and lose cms from their actual height!)
-Wear bootcut jeans to create the illusion of long flowy legs
-Wear patterns that go downwards - for e.g. stripes going down etc this makes you look taller and slimmer
start skipping.......my czn used to skip 200 times at one go.....she did add 3 inches to her height n also got long sexy lean legs.....which i toatlly envy.....i am so going to start it.....
i just figured yesterday that i am not 5 feet :S i always thought i m........ i am actually 4 10 or 4 11 k mid mei..... aaaaaa i am feeling a little low uwain lol
hey how old is your cousin?? i started 500 skips each day too doing that since last few weeks...apparently i didnt see any change in height.......but might help in the long run :)
