tips needed for gaining weight

I used to eat bananas to help me loose that extra weight. According to what I know bananas have proteins in it. They fill you up real quick & keep your hunger satisifed for some good time. Meaning you won't be eating a lot if you eat bananas. Check into that before eating anymore bananas to gain weight.


Oh no hun trust me. You can always layer your clothes to make you look a little "bhara huwa" Design them that way. Even girls who are not big on the upper part can buy padded bras & all. I know a lot of stores sell jeans to make your behind look big. Anyways. If you really wanna gain weight. Don't go on about eating unhealthy foods like ice creams & stuff. That's just taking empty calories. Also if you can go to a doctor/nutritionist & see what they suggest according to your height & weight.


Lol bebo people in today's world say the fat part on your face too & the worst part is being judged that just because you have some extra pounds on your body means you eat a lot or don't excercise or have a unhealthy lifestyle.

These days being thin is fashionable. That's why people think if they are calling you skinny or thin they are complimenting you.

Also ladies dates have some good amount of glucose in it. I find it contradicting that dates will help you loose weight. They'll keep your sugar levels satisfied for couple of hours.. Hence making you not wanting to eat anything for some time. Just my two cents.
