for whiter feet mix two teaspoon almond oil and one teaspoon honey , in the night massage your feet until it get absorbs than pull on your socks and in the morning wash your feet with mild warm water repeat it for one week daily and do have your desired result

i have gotten really tan this summer. especially since i work and cant avoid going out in the sun so much. can you give me any tips to reduce or get rid of the tan on my arms, neck and face? Gina has suggested to rub tomatoes....do you have any other suggestions? thx

mix oatmeal one spoon with rose water and apply on your face for 20 minutes than wash off with cold water

or

mix one spoon honey with half lemon juice and apply as a mask for 15 minutes it will hep.

or

take ik spoon dahi, ik spoon multani mitti, ik spoon grinded mint. multani mitti k powder ko half an hour k liye dahi main soak kar k chor do,after half hour mix mint in it, apply the paste on your face ,let it dry and than first wash with mild warm water and than with cold water.

try whatever you feel easy or feasible

Salaam sis, my hair doesn't grow really fast and I have thin hair . Pls give me a good recipy. Do u have any thing that body hair comes in like in a month and anything for dark underarms.

use that shampoo that i give recipe of , is k ilawa tilo ka tail aur karwe badamon ka tail bhi appluy kar sakte ho

Use phitkari (alum) solution right after hair removal to retard growth

dark underarms ziyada tar shave ki wajah se hotay hain ,under arm wax kar liya karo us se darkness bhi end ho jaye gi aur growth bhi

take rosemary leaves one handful, one litre water,two teaspoon vinegar .

boil water and soak rosemary leaves in it, leave overnight ,in morning mix vinegar in it and separates leaves from this solution .after shampoo use it as rinse ,you will observe result in just one wash but please continue for one month to have permanant solution.

hot wax is really good for that purpose , but you can also mix ik spoon basin, ik chutki namak aur ik chutki powdered alum(phitkari) rose water se pack bana kar face p apply kar k chor do after it get dries rub vigourously (remove it by rubbing) vellus hair k liye effective hai.
