I just got back from Sephora and decided not to get any of the tinted moisturizer but the woman recommended Makeup forever's tinted moisturizer...(at least I think it was theirs). It's 80% water and has SPF in it. It was really lightweight. I tried on the Laura Merceir one but it was too chalky and heavy. I didn't feel like spending so much money so I figured I'd wait, but check out the Makeup Forever one!
