oats ko thora sa oil/ghee mai bhoon lain
add cinnamon stick , clove , black pepper , elaichi , zeera and halka isko bhi oil mai ker lain
add water , salt , khatta namak and paprika(if you want)
get it to the consistency you like and eat it.
This is healthy too…i eat it at times cuz oats has vit d :smiley:
