Yes Halal meat processing plant and my company was one of the first one to take halal meat from corner shops to UK supermarkets. We have our halal meat shops within these supermarkets. We sell halal meat in Walmart UK and Morrison supermarkets at the moment. Thinking of opening our own high street franchised halal meat shops with the highest standards of hygiene which is the element missing in our desi shops.
Hope we will have some thing like this in india too...
Is deer farming for its meat is allowed in uk?

Not very common. No halal deer meat available.

How did you walk through the planning and implementation stages ? Whats the time period between the commencement of the idea and the dayit became a reality ? What were the obstacles ?

Hazard analysis critical control point, to make it easy the food is checked at each and every point of processing and packaging to prevent hazards and to maintain the quality of food.

Not only HACCP but have to have BRC before you can sell to mutinationals. BRC is the highest standard in UK and very strict basically it incorporates HACCP and also as they call it traceability from farm to dinner table. Are you in the hygiene sector?
