I think you do two things.

(1) log out and after logging in see whether you can see the last page.
(2) clear cookies from browser and check again

I also experienced this in one of PA’s thread a few week ago

will clear cookies today i can’t do it right now coz i am working, i will also try it on other browsers and let you know
