as i always say…weight loss or weight gain requires a change in complete lifestyle…
Crash diets ya teen hafte green tea…aik maheena gym…n then sub chor k bk to old routine…wont work

Maine kee thee…jub mai india gaye thee…1/4 th cup tea sub chorte thay in cups…
Aik din mere 2 csns n dad k aik csn thay…maine chai bheji he sirf 1/4th cup in all cups…wahan se awaz aaye k ye kya mazaq hai…
Maine kehelwa diya k aaj itne chai se he kaam chalaain…rooz itni chai phainkti hoon mai …
Later i did send complete cups…but next day se…cups mai kuch nai chorye thay wo loog :hehe:

Once more I did…
Karachi walay jo abbu k csn thay…unhe k sath…jub naye naye aaye thay…
Unko pani chahiye hota rha freezing… jub unka thermos do…tou he used to shake…ice k awaz chahiye hoti thee…and he used to take drink a glass aik he sip mai
Once i put tap water…n then milk bottles k cap…and lots of salt…
Jub he took…n shook…caps k awaz nikli aise jaise ice hoo…he poured in glass…n jaise he drank…his sight was hilarious :hehe:

Aaj he abbu was saying…agar mai na khilaon tou tum kuch nai khaogi…
He gave me an apple slice…
Then i said aur nai abbu…after 15 min…he gave anither slice…i said pait bhara hua hai…he sais patli se tou hai…aise kr kr k in an hour adha apple khila diya mujhe :hehe:
