Still remember from regal Chowk near to the bank in the picture was a shop of a photographer. Used to go there to get passport and other pictures when required. Once I was in that shop and another guy came and was complaining about his picture. The photographer asked him what was the problem the guy said “Itni Kharab photo hai”, to which the photographer replied “Aab mein kya karoon tumhara bootha hee aisaa hai”.

I think it is called standard Chartered bank. Not sure though.

This picture has brought back so many memories. The road going down from the bank is Beadon road and at the end of that road you turned right and it was Mcloed road which is where all the leading cinema houses used to be in those days.

This picture has brought back so many memories. The road going down from the bank is Beadon road and at the end of that road you turned right and it was Mcloed road which is where all the leading cinema houses used to be in those days.

KDA me shops bohat choti hain flats ko to shops me convert kia hua hy chalny ki jagah nahi hy racks k darmiyan 10-12 log bhe hun to rush ho jata hy 10-12 to khud un k workers hain itni si shop me.bari shops me ziada variety ho ge.

Yeh un dino kee baat hai. It used to be black and white photos only and no photoshop facilities. I remember in the late 60’s coloured cameras came for the first time and we were all so excited to go to the photographer and get coloured pictures but the price of Rs25 per photo was too much.
