But aaj he abbu told me ki …bhook bhi na lagey tou khane k waqt kha liya karo…
I normally dont eat much & when I cook something…my hunger dies right when cooking…so i end up not eating again…

i do not agree with your abbu with out appetite eating results in obesity…
but you should eat at least two times other wise that will effect your health and your skin also…

once upon a time i was a skinny person too.....
then i went away from my home for studies...and used to have 6 to 7 tea each day....
I used to have a walk of 5 to 6 km every day but i still gained more than 20 kg...:D....

on that walk i used to eat from road side stalls…4 fried eggs or samosas with imli chutney…

imli chutney.. Hamare haan aaloo bukhare ki chatni bhi dete hain... kafi din hogae maine gol gappe nahin khae.. kal laloo khet se khaon ga.
