Just remember how much the difference is and then always add/subtract time to determine at what "computer time" you posted.
i.e. If gupshup time is 30 minute ahead and GS says you posted a post at 7:30 and someone replied at 7:35, then you know that you posted 7 of computer time and someone replied at 7:05.
