Maybe not emotionless...maybe they just cant express emotions ?
see somewhere down the line, it will have same effect (on the persons around them) , there are times that one require other to express emotions, gratitude, love , respect etc
suppose if you have had guest in your home, and you respect them very much....but when they arrive you just dont say anything...dont show your warmth (though in our heart you respect them) just imagine what they would be thinking????
they will not be thinking that "you are hath se zyada practical they will be thinking that oh how rude** she is?**.....
there are several other close example i can give....

and BTW if you see mostly the people who are frank /talkative are more simple and straight than the quite/reserve people

Zyadah talkative ppl arent always simple n straight...some have the habit of speaking in everyones issues...n some make up stuff just for the sake of conversing...out of habit...
