Im not fond of pakorey...I like samose but sirf ghar ke..bahir walay samose nai khati mai... I love chana chaat ..

I had tried pani pori india...didn't like it ...bhel poori bhi nai pasand...baqi tou suna he nai...
I like golgappay homemade...

Golgappy is Paani puri…
Ragda samosa is somewhat similar to chana chat…dahi batata poori is made with golgappy filled with several spicies…
and vada pao is like:hmmm: like desi burger u can say…(paao means Bun)

i know gol gappay is pani puri…but at home we call gol gappay…in indua everyone calles it pani porii

I prefer homemade stuff... its tastier .....bahir wala is usually sirf kaam chalao...namak mirch masala bhi apne hisab ka nai hota...and the ingredients used are of inferior quality...
