I reckon it's going to cost a fair bit.
My husband and around 6 other members of the family are looking to attend my SIL's wedding in India, leaving in mid December and have been quoted around £700-£800 each! (And even the cheapest fare, with a 9 hour wait in Helsinki is £645!) The fare at any other time of the year is as low as £250!
It's HIGH SEASON apparently!!! So I reckon you'll have the same issues from USA to Pakistan!
