an excellent diet plan...that should include lots of fiber and water to keep your insides clean..fresh green tea..lemon water with honey, fennel seed water..egg white, fruits and veggies..leafy greens..low fat dairy..tons of antioxidants--berries..pomegranate..grapeseed extract--
mild at home peels..dry-exfoliate your body using a long brush or a loofah..
take baths using milk and yogurt powder--the lactic acid in it will fade uneven skin--
this could be a start... :)
