Of the top of my head, I would recommend MIT Entrepreneurship Center. This site http://entrepreneurship.mit.edu/thought_leadership.php has a few good cases/links.
I am sure that HBS Press has some publications on it, if I am able to locate a good title, I am happy to forward it.
