luvblingz I can’t sleep without brushing my teeth anyway. I thinks its because I sleep with my mouth closed, when I exhale breath my lip makes that pupppp sound, which is loud enough to awake someone. I don’t know how can I stop my self making this wierd sound with my lips. Its so funny when my husband says " aik to tumharay patako ki waga se mei so nahi pata.."

apply some vicks on your on your chest and neck before sleeping. It will help you with breathing while sleeping and hopefully will reduce the sounds.
