I think u r expecting too much i knw its hard to understand but
U need to understand that the way u been brouhht up overseas in a libral culture for lets say 20 years are soo thats the reason u found it impossible to cope with this society(il) on the otherhand ur Mil is living in and brought up in here for atleast 50 years . The way she reacts is the way she have been tought to react or act .she treats u like she been treated . Things u think are Right but she ha been taught that its wrong so u cant blame her. She is wat the socity made her and u are what ur socity made u , .and still u want ur husband to change aftr being deployed to uk while u couldnt change ur self.

seriously, no. not by heart. its hard. maybe if i was in a more liberal susraal, yes. but to be able to just walk to the corner shop in my pyjamas is apparently a big NO-NO here. hmmmm.

i think alot of people generally tend to be in their pyjamas in Sri Lanka. lol. sorry, i have 2 friends, who coincidentally both moved back there after uni, and from their facebook pics, they seem to be in clothes that resemble pyjamas in almost every pic, in every kind of occasion. ?/

Hahaha thats right u will find 80 % of the nation sayng no no to this and il are 1 of them but if u take ur mil to uk(forgive me) she wont say No for the same
