To answer your question, GS is a combined effort between the defence and intelligence agencies of Israel, U.S, U.K. They outsourced this effort to ISI (so they wont think they are left behind). Azkar is an ISI agent, Ehsan is actually Nicols_John working for MI6, and last but not (never )the least we have Faisal/Kaleem/OhioGuy representing Israel. They also go by the nicks of Stu, Underthedome and I forget the third jew. AK47 is a geniune AL-Qeadea agent, but very hard to track because he has six hands and logs in from all five continents at the same time. He has mastered the art of spoofing IP addresses.

initially pak.org was a non-profit orginization, and Azkar Chouhdry Miss M you were right about his last name started it as his project. but then it grew and now GS is part of much wider network (PS: not all of those services run by Pak.org ). Most of GS servers are in Texas, I suppose.

In all serious ness, A few friends put this together and pay for it from their own pockets.
