I do loads of stuff on/in my bed.

Sleep, call people and text, play with my baby, nurse baby, have pillow fights, watch TV, check emails, make my "to-do" list, argue with hubby (then make up with hubby, lol), fold my clothes, sort my mail... and lots more!

I don't however read, or eat in bed. lol..

you bunch of wierdos ....
beds are for lots of things! principally to lie horizontal on.... so that you can sleep, rest and SHAG.
Thats right! thats what was missing from this 'oh so polite' post - I BONK!!! Me and the mrs!! And its blinking great! What a fantastic invention! Then again, if it hadn't been invented, we would probably still do so on the floor!!!!!!!
Oh yeah, and we do all the other things that you lot were at pains to describe!

Dear Mr or Mrs moderator
My post was not in bad taste or rude or offensive - it merely stated the truth.
Granted i could have not used the b word ( and i wont use it again here) , but it is not abusive, or rude, just slang.
And all words used are in the oxford english dictionary as legitimate words.
I hope you will understand that whereas others may choose to select their words carefully, I am not so discerning.
I just say it the way it is.
I trust my defense is appropriate to your's and other people's sensibilities.
