Dunno about swamps in Florida. Is that where you live? I hear the area is known for alligators and hurricanes.
However I’d love to buy one more lot in any of the DHA, if I had more money. The best investment in Pakistan! However the real estate scene is pretty interesting with new comes like Bahria, or Lake City etc. No hurricanes in our area just the earth quakes.
