kite flying should not be banned but should be restricted to designated venues only. also the sharp thread should be banned completely.
Aerial firing on celebrations should be banned too. many lives are lost whenever Pak wins any cricket tournament due to this Aerial firing.

And yes firing should be banned either way. I’m not even sure how can automatic weapons be allowed. Somebody said this once," If aerial firing is jubilation then its for only those who have it, those who dont are the sufferers"
