first of all if anyone discrimminate me or get scared of me for being desi/ pakistani , also people who were friends (or just pretend) at first and than turn into rivals , untolerable questions people ask related to my personal life/ family/ routine , desis in U.S who try their best not to look like a desi, places in U.S were u could only see/find desis ( come'n i'm in U.S), educated people who remain ill-mannered etc etc

what really annoys me, is the way that people are two faced liars,

and another one .. i dont care who you are, what your status is, if your kid is doing something WRONG i AM going to tell him or her off, to hell with your opinion of me. even my mum and dad say that i dont do wrong in that, it’s just this desi mentality keh “hawwww she told my child off, she has no manners no tameez, no sharam no hayaa” as if.

yeh i know i do the same too but i do it on sly i dont do that infornt of their parents:D and i tell the kids off coz i can’t stand naugty kids, they are acceptable to some extent but there is a limit to everything:mad:

Being nice to people when you need them, just to use them. Then when you feel you don't need them, you drop 'em like a bad habit. I mean, what gives anyone the right to do crap like that. Every time that happens, makes me less and less inclined to help people. I've developed the idea of "Sorry, you're on your own, if I'm on my own".

Bible thumpers in the US who want to convert everyone to a Jesus is God fanatic and who want our national laws to reflect Christianity to the core. If they get the chance, they'd put us in these camps for not converting - except they wouldn't be like the Nazi camps - the prisoners would be forced to sing Gospel and repeat "Jesus is going to save me" 1 million times a day.

This thread is quite useful to get some kind of annoyance off your mind! I will start by saying it gets on my nerves when adults dont take care of thier kids or dicipline them properly! I have a relative whose children behave perfectly in thier own house but for some reason when they come to our house they love to mess around! The kid was jumping on our dvd system which we paid alot of money for, and the guy just carried on talking as if nothing was happening! I was like whats going on here and felt outraged! How dare he! I sat thier simmering and roasting internally! Whilst he casually went on about some new project he is on! I went through several stages, first being anger, then gradual acceptance, then awful thoughts of what i would do to that kid lol. Eventually the kid stopped but the damage was done…

i can so much relate 2 u, pal!..i have found desi moms so stupid for this very reason…they would beat the crap out of their kids if they r misbehaving/doing damage to something in their OWN home but they would become MUM ( yes, pun intended) when the kids are doing the same somewhere else..it’s like they get a blindfold over the eyes and and get tongue tied when the damage is being done to somebody else’s possession..and more than annoying, it roasts and boils me from inside…because hello, we paid big bucks for the thing your kid is taking as a toy…specially when they take a book out of your bookshelf and start ripping the pages out or take a pen/pencil and start scriblling on the walls…wish i could jus take tthose kids in a room and beat their butts up

KIDS, i hate when kids come to my house and mess my things up. once this kid threw a kabab on our dining table seats, i saw it and slapped him on his face, another thing, when ladies wesr highs on ur carpetOMG!!, i want to kill them, so i just say could you take of ur shoes.

Another thing they did was ripped the wallpaper pull on the curtains so they are like half broken, missuse this large beautiful rare carved antique table, and worst of all was push a delicate wooden/glass cabinet down on the floor with like a hundred expensive antique crystal glasses inside it! Everyone was like are the kids ok? But i was there sitting wanting thier blood in one of those glasses to drink lolz!!! I think sweetcreme has the best outlook on what to do Alhamdulilah!

Another thing that gets on my nerves is when people take advantage of you being nice with them, and get a bad nee'ath, particularly if you only felt sorry for them. I just feel so sick at the thought like i wanna throw up! Yuck....
