Thin and Fat! Advise please

Re: Thin and Fat! Advise please

Although Im not a medical proffesional, I disagree with some of your advise.

I agree that the first 15-20 mins of normal runing will harness the bodies carbohydrates for energy. However, if you do not ingest too many carbs just before your excersise session- an esecially any high cab containinig energy drink like ‘lucozade’- your body starts drawing the energy from fat stores faster. I would say to excersie ideally about 2 hours after eating a main meal and. In that time only light (if any) carbs should be consumed and water to be the ony fluid ingested.

Cheetah- I am an experiecned gymmer and i do not belive that the body only starts burning belly fat unti only after ALL the fat on the legs is burned.
rom myexperice ‘interva’ training, as long as it is practiced and built up according to ability, does not cause lactic acid problems.
I have been doing interalraing for twoyears, and i regulalr jog for 1 in tn rint for 40 econds and ihe never had any lactic acid prolem.
Interval training is popular exceise which many atheletes use and information on it can also be found on the web.

From my own and other peoples experiecnes i can confidently say that interval raining is one of the best ways to loose weight fast.
Ofcorse a complementry resistance excercise for the stomach, i.e ab crunchs, and a disciplined diet is also neccesery.

Hower, inspite of ay advice, to the O.P, ling weight is hardwork. Itis especially hard in the art butif ou keep going and keepthe discpline you ill see the result and will see it was worth it.

Calorie intake is also important. I think the average calorie intake and burned each day ( with no workout) for a human is 2000. So a weight watcher must ensure they dont intake more than 2000. The point is that if you intake 2000 and then you do workout, you burn more than 2000 and therefore loose weight…
