Punjabi can make for good music....especially bhangra. But....it can sound a bit gruff (I'm a Punjabi myself). And urdu sounds more graceful.

Punjabi music is always fun and Abrar in particular has a very special place in my heart. but the language does sound paindu. even when spoken by the most intelligent, literate ppl still sounds paindu.
and Urdu in comparison is such a shaista and beautiful language. so sophisticated, so cultured.
