Funny stories, esp Paki Maryum. Crying does me wonders too. I don't often cry but when I do it's got to be all alone and pretty bad. It's usually combined with a conversation with God and lots of anger followed by an apology and nafal or prayers! I do not cry in front of people no matter who it is. I can't even remember the last time I cried in front of anyone. It definitely makes me feel much better.

I can cry spontaneously if i get shouted at by mum/dad/bro. Once my sister called me ugly infront of one of my uni mates and i started bawling my eyes out and grassed her to my mum. Friend couldn't stop laughing but yeah...makes you feel soooooooooooooo much better.

Sad movies I usually try to take a break from the movie if its getting too much. Or start a conversation or something. But if I am at the cinema or just tooo engrossed with the movie then there is no holding back. I haven;t watched Devdas in it’s entirey for a second time cos I can;t help crying. Bloody gits, gadhee movie.
