Red, but I don’t like the either I think members should earn the right to use smilies. Or there needs to be a training course of correct smilie usage. If used or abused, they’re smilie using privileges should be revoked. What say you?

I say there needs to be a crash course in how to act like one’s gender first…followed by the training session on correct smilie usage.
