It is plain disgusting to see you approve an aayah, meant for the killing of incorrect people, on the most evil or the people. The followers of Yazid, who declare muslims, especially shia Muslims, as kafir; who openly appeal to Daesh to come to Pakistan, who promise to support Daesh’s anti-Islam cult, who call for overthrow of Pakistan government and who prepare terrorists to wage their jihad on Islam.
Such people are mischievous. Such people are no better than Yazid himself.
You misquoted an aayah in this wrong context. Here is a more pertinent aayah.

الا لعنة الله علی الکاذبین
