all right, now govt should accept the decision and move on. They should not think of this as a the slap on their face (as some of the guppies here are suggesting) and should not try to over rule this by "other" means. Courts decisions are always against one party.
Govt should be proud of the free judiciary in their era which was unthinkable in "democratic" eras and i know musharraf opponents will not applause the fact that judiciary is more free in Musharraf's days than in "democratic" days (reference CJ case, steel mill case etc)
