Mining, operating heavy machinery, repairing heavy machinery, colleges will be set up to train Afghans in Mining and geology.
Refining will also be set up.
Exporting the minerals to foreign countries will bring in revenue for Afghan economy.
This will employ millions of people, rapidly educate the Afghan people and build up their economy.
