Sorry people, now it is time for you to know the truth about me. I have lied to you people in gupshup ALOT :frown:!! Now let me tell you about my real self. My real name is Naaz and i am 25 years old mother of 3. I live in canada but was born in pakistan. I have done MBA in marketing. A couple of weeks ago, lollypop posted a topic in general, (Why long legs) it was on models. i wrote in that i am a big model and come in tv ads. well, i was lying :rooleyes:. i am a true muslim and respect islam and it is against islam to show your body and earn money. So i have a job in a mall. my husband works in a computer company. I know you guys all hate me. and especially anchal, i know you all think i am stupid and i don’t know how to write good urdu. please don’t think like that about me, i know i was just OVER exgagerating. Now i need you all to pray for me. i have recently given birth to another daughter so now i have 3 daughters

Well i totally understand what sugar and spice is going through. She wants a baby boy. May Allah (swt) answer you prayers and enable you to give birth to a healthy and momin(believer) child.
And i completely understand what Mariah is saying, S&S you should not frown on your daughters like that. Not only are you being disrepectful to your daughters but also to Allah(swt).
May Allah(swt) enlighten everyone with being thankful for what they have. Ameen.
I am only sorry that u r not happy with 3 girls. I dont know when u r growing up with brothers u always complain for not treating well coompared to ur brothers but as a mother u prefer boys. Its one of the negative points in our culture. I would love to have girls after my marriage.
The other thing u mentioned is nothing and no one cares but this really saddens :(
I think it was unfortunate that some folks chose this time to moralize on an issue which is so close to heart for many couples. Ofcourse, we all know that girls are "khuda ki rehmat" and that if you properly educate and marry off three girls that paradise is promised to you (thanks CM for reminding us) and that it is no fault of those innocent babies that they are born one after the other and are of the same gender.... still no human being can control the inner most feelings, and if a couple wants atleast one male child this attitude is not new and should not be replied by words like "disgusting". I have seen many instances where couples have 4-5 daughters without any son. No logical argument can satisfy them as this is something very close to heart and one must be understanding is such cases. It is so easy to moralize and to adopt a "holier than thou" attitude. It is very hard to read between the lines and show compassion and love for all our brothers and sisters.
I am sure and will pray that S&S and her husband will love their daughters very much and will groom them to be happy confident women, I will also pray that Allah blesses her with a healthy, obidient and successful boy.
If you can not pray for someone, then atleast don't use words which hurt. Only reading them made me so sad, I wonder how hurt S&S would have felt when the words like "disgusting" were aimed at her.
thank you people for praying that i give birth to a boy. i am not saying that i hate my daughters, they are my weakness. i am just saying i want a boy cause when i marry my daughters away, what will i do i mean if i have a son at least he can love me. My husband is always busy and on business trips and i am always home alone. Thank you for supporting me anyways

Secondly I was amazed at the "disgust" smilie you printed because you have daughters. That is all.

In todays world there is not much difference between a girl and a boy. Usually boys dont live with the parents after marriage and most of the problems start if the mother is too much possesive. this can hurt even more. Its always good that one have a boy but this is not the end of the world!
Excuse me, but I didn’t see the word “disgusted” in her post (maybe you are referring to the simile command). Secondly a person blames someone’s attitude, it is as good as insulting the person, for which I don’t think that was the right time.
I am not “holier than thou”, nor do I wish to prolong this discussion. I make many mistakes myself. You have already apologized to S&S, which I think was an outstanding gesture on your part.

i have not read any of ur posts where u have lied about urself. But the ones i did get to read i thought of u as a real nice person.
And the way u came out and told the truth about urself i admire u for that.
I would love to have a daughter as my first child. And also i would like to have a boy later on. So i do understand where u are coming from. I didn't have any brothers not that we ever missed having a boy in the family. But i would like to raise up a boy and see what it's like.
What Degas said was very true though. These days having a son or daughter is the same. Even if i do have a son ever i wuold not expect anything from him. Not ever!!!
But i will remember u in my prayers from now on and i hope u have a son as u want. Good luck.
Infact me and my husband want a daughter so bad that we even have a name picked out for her.
