You’re right, hijab these days means the headscarf only. I’ve seen countless examples of girls in hijabs wearing tight jeans (especially common among arab girls) and what not, which totally defeats the purpose of hijab. Also I’d like to add hijab is simply hijab, it’s either complete or it’s non-hijab, there is no partial hijab.
