wat i think sir its the message which we send out there to someone it goes quite slow...so u really have to work on it n on having a private chat there we get no smilies...so if its possible do somethin for it...thx...otherwise its fine...going fair!

The chat is beautiful. The best thing I like about it is that Im able to enter. Thing I dont like is that it is very slow. So, slow that when I reply to someone, it appears on screen after the one I am chating to has left the chat seeing no reply from me. Maybe it is my net speed but I have seen other people complaining too.

Just imagine someone abruptly leaving the chat saying, "You are too slow." When you were actually eagerly waiting for your 20 typed lines to appear. So, the one you are chating to leaves thinking you're probably busy somewhere and do not want to chat.
And when you keep getting kicked off by the server.

The private chat wondow must have an option to enlarge. that small little box feels toooo congested... long text go out of sight and you have to keep scrolling up and down to re-read them

I actually went to chat this week after more than a year. A bit slow, but it’s neat. I especially adore some of the smilies there. 
Are there plans of sticking with it or whats the idea so far?

a cpl of things ..
yes its slow .. cuz its a client-server mode .. if it was in a server mode, you will be forced to go through a set port like 8080 or somefin like that. will be fast but lots of u who are behind corporate networks (kaam choor), then wont be able to chat cuz those ports will be blocked ..
so .. live with slow for thr time being ..
in the upcoming a/v/t chat, we will have a dedicated IP assigned to the chat applet and then internally using our firewall, we will do a port translate on 80. so, no issues using GS chat thru corporate nets cuz typically 80 is open for all ...
and yes, this chat does not look pretty either ... not spending time to fix it .. sawwy ..
but ... hang tight sit still ... somefin gud is comin

we had SO MUCH FUNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN on chat today.. ask 5Abi, cHEGum, Lajjo, KEERA (new name of queer :D ), and faheeeeeeeeeeeeem... HAHAHAHAHAHAAA...
now im at work. i was surprised to see it did not block me to enter chat. but i had to close myself cz it is impossible to chat from here especially cz of mad traffic today.
i loved it on chat today. you guys wont believe how much fun we had :D:D:D
