Modesty and hijab start on the inside. Your intentions need to be right **regardless **of the hijab/no hijab/ghetto hijab on the outside.

I would rather say that our intentions need to be right IN ADDITION to our outer hijab we wear. By calling the clothing/hijab ‘regardless’ we cannot deny what Islam has told us to do and tailor it accordingly if WE are not convinced about its importance for some reason ! iss tarah tau veena malik bhi keh sakti hai keh woh hijab karti hai
