They may drop bombs (which they are already doing) but they will not send any ground forces. BB cannot do whatever she wants or promises.

I specifically used the word "attack"
and attack can be an aerial attack, or lobbing missiles..which they want to do a lot more openly, just need a reason or a green light, whichever comes first.
