This is why I say never give money on streets, especially to the children or women who carry children.
It encourages the Mafia to get more children in this profession.

One should instead give to charities working for economically deprived.

Last year, i saw banners on the road stating exactly the same…also to some extend Child Ptotectiom Bureau is doing some positive things about it but for some reason they go blind during Ramzan…
