you know when u want to add members to your buddy list, ie. blog, do you add em as contacts or friends?, it gives me 2 options.

you can add them as both. if you add them as contacts then only you know that they are in your list. if you add them as friends then we can see who’s in the blog once we go in your profile 
but…if you add anyone as a friend, they are automatically in your buddy/contact list.

hmm sure why not.
just don't accept all the friendship requests after you make your blog private cuz then those people would be able to see your blog whether you like it or not.
