I don’t know nothing about cooking, my mom made them. And I think she just put them is some basen masala and fried them.

LP, it's just like regular pakorday, except that you put a piece of eggplant in the middle of them...like, besan mein eggplant ka chota sa slice dibo ker tal do. They're really, really good!!

I just have them by themselves because the besan and roti together don't taste good to me..(although I do love besan KI roti!)
