as long as you enjoy selling you will be fine othervise work in a branch for few months and then ask for transfer in head office or HR or some other place !!

pata hai kiya in dat i m suppose to talk a lot and ma supervisor he told me dat u have to dooo saling like which is creatin and opeing the account but m not intrested causeee i m scared he was too strait abt it dat if i wont open 3 accounts atleast i wll get fired.... and he was like i have chosen u for dat field cause u r eneratic and talkative :(

he cant fire u coz u cant open 3 accounts a week or what ever ur target is !!!
lisen,I am not saying that u cannot do It I am sure you can but even If u had a bad week or a month he cannot fire you ..
Incompitency can be checked in ur interview or test or what ever but once youhave the job the contract is signed that it He cant fire you..
By the way 1 golden rule for selling is How sharp you are with your product knowledge Learn IT religiously and you should be fine !!

According to the law, if you are under probationary period he can fire you if you dont meet the needs.

probation cannot be used for an excuse he need to find a solid reason like something really really wrong ie steeling or fighting something very bad.
UNLESS
you are a temp then he can coz you are on a term contract and you have to perform if you dont and your term finish thats BYE BYE

as far as i knw he cant fire me in training cause i have no idea abt marketing cause i dont have any experience ya after dat he cant fire me dat easiuly cause i have already like 3 referrals this week which is actualyy gud dats wht ma co workers says ... lol but i wanna be a teller cause the job of teller is prtyy ez as cmpre tooo saless...

and its better then teller very boring believe me in very short time you will know a lot of people if you are account opener and people trust bankers 
so its very easy selling BUT be determine and as my Manager use to say If you hit **** on a wall whole day It will stick !!
thats what it is just keep hitting but for that, again u need to know ur product thats the KEY!!
