probation cannot be used for an excuse he need to find a solid reason like something really really wrong ie steeling or fighting something very bad.
UNLESS
you are a temp then he can coz you are on a term contract and you have to perform if you dont and your term finish thats BYE BYE

!! Yes you get few warnings while on probation than you get kicked..

Now if you’ll excuse me I gotta file a law suite to Pizza hut manager for kicking me out for no reason while I was 15 and a good worker, just because he hates brown people >.<
