He's open to talking to Muslim nations who currently are adversaries to the U.S. His approach would not be the single military prong Bush and McCain support but a multiple prong approach ones which include more communication and diplomacy. You are largely mistaken if you think Obama mirrors McCain in the way which he will deal with the Mideast region.
