Another pseudo intellectual jew\evangelical Christian who justifies how badly his people have up the world by blaming Islam for all today’s problems.
They can invade Iraq over a bald faced blatant lie and spend billions of dollars a month, but they couldn’t stop full out genocide in Rwanda that happened in plain view of the world... hmmmm.. I wonder what kind of oil reserves Rwanda has.
huh, these christians...if muslims were doing the same thing, even if they were trying to tell some facts, our moderate muslims would their ass and start bashing tht "fundamentalist" muslims...
I agree with PyariCGudia! Muslims are the most intolerant in the whole world. They suffer from an illusion of self-rightuousness.
And where in the world did I say that, sir? Don't put words in my mouth.
**Actually, when we do it it's called "hate", and our dicators are commanded to shut down the places that are distributing the anti-Western ideas.
When they do it, it's called "an opinion", even though the intent is to further justify military action in Muslim lands...**
Actually...its not about whether its an opinion or not. In Pakistan, if you want to spew out hate propaganda, its still an opinion. In the West, if you want to spew out hate propaganda, its still an opinion. The difference is that in Pakistan you can't oppose it. If you "beg to differ" from the corner mosque wala mullah about something he's saying during a sermon, you can get beaten severely for it. If you "beg to differ" with the writer of this book, no one is gonna boo you. You just have to be intelligent enough to get your opinions out in the media. As of yet, muslims have yet to learn the art of good PR.
hey in pakistan idiotic groups pass out idiotic flyers full of prejudiced crap to idiots who buy that crap. in US it ends up on the NY times best sellers list just goes to show there is no shortage of prejudiced pricks in the world.
dinn realize high school dropouts could actually read a whole book but oh well, miracles never cease.

Maybe, maybe not. It really does depend. Go down south, and I dare you to say "OBL ain't so bad ya'know".
Locality matters.
In any case, one only needs to read Dawn, or other such publications to routinely get an opinion that is drastically different from the one the corner mullah has.
I dare say the difference in opinion is far greater than the left/right difference with regard to Islam and terrorism.

No, they will label you an closet Islamist.
I agree with the need to get out and do some PR, but again, we can't yell as loud as they can. The dominant narrative is that Islam encourages violence, and that is in no small part a point of view carried forward by the right-wing "realists".
For the most part, Muslims are dependent on good-hearted folk or the media types who don't have an agenda, or deal in simplistic black/white world views.
