Pakistanis don't use this word in 'aam lingo' unless 'Kashmere is in discussion, which means Kashmerey Jihadis' either discussions or Newspaper urdu or english is just the same. 'Other westeren media have picked up this term from 'Hindi Channels' which is full of this crap.

As for Benazir, she did not go out on killing rampage so my assertion still is valid. Your posted pictures do not mean anything and do not apply to the event in bombay. Wearing Rakhi on such event is no trivial matter.
